I paid $325 for my Magnaflow and it was brand new. That's damn cheap for what you get.
Having owned a Loudmouth and headers, I think this is going to sound ******* sweet when I put headers on the new car.
Magnaflow is pretty quiet in comparison, but if you get in to the throttle it gets pretty loud. Nice rumble all the time. While cruising you'll never get annoyed by your exhaust. Plus it looks really nice.

if everything was bought on ebay, where you gonna get info for installs and such. no sposors, no boards.

I got the magaflow catback a little over a year ago and it gets sweeter sounding the more miles I rack up. It will get louder on a car with headers and cam but still won't sound ratty. Definitely the way to go IMO. I also had the 2OTL SLP catback from the factory on my 96 SS and it had a nice deep rumble to it as well.
