Difference Between LS1 and LS6 Intakes
Thanks for the response. I also saw that Corvette LS1 intakes do not have the EGR provision and scammers try to pass those off as LS6 intakes. That makes it more difficult if an online seller only shows top side pics.
Definitely some scam but some sellers have no idea of what they are flipping. They assume it's an LS6 because it doesn't have an EGR and are unaware an LS6 had a flat bottom.
Had an encounter with a well known and respected law enforcement officer who had an LS1 intake w/o EGR and thought it was an LS6, many years ago.
