Does Installing a Larger Throttle Body Require a New Tune/Computer Update?? Hey all,
I have a 2003 5.3 engine with what appears to be a 78mm factory throttle body. I've kicked around the idea of swapping it out to a 92 or 102mm tb. I'd hope the computer would auto-adjust for the increased airflow, but I'm hoping you all can help me figure this out.
