Default Lq4 intake manifold suggestions and help

I have an lq4 swapped fbody camaro with 799 heads, ls6 intake and a btr stage 3 cam. Currently running the ls6 intake manifold with stock ls6 injectors. I want to upgrade the intake manifold and have a few questions

1: which intake would be best suited for my application? Fast 102, msd atomic, btr equalizer, fast 92, anything else?

2: what all will be needed to make the intake work with the car? For example, the fast 102 seems to require an ls2 fuel rail kit and then I’m not sure what else would be needed. Does the ls2 kit work with all factory lines? Are adapters needed? Would it just require ls2 style injectors?

3: what would be the best intake that is easiest to swap in? It seems the consensus is the fast 102 isn’t worth all the extra work required to fit it.

im not overly familiar with ls engines so any help is appreciated.

What is the intended use? For all around street use the LS6 intake is pretty good.
If you want to lose power below 5k RPM, use a sheet metal short runner intake. In other words, don't.
The FAST and MSD manifolds cost a fortune, will gain SOME power, but at what cost?
What people don't realize is that most LS engines come with decent intakes and heads for most uses. Just put in the cam that gets the power you want and done, usually.

thanks for the info! I thought the car with the cam that’s in it. Not sure if it was the best option for the car but it wasn’t my choice. I’m happy with how it drives but figured if I could pick up another 30hp or so for $1000 it seemed worth it. The car dyno’d at 405/400 in may.

A turbo kit and all the things you need to support the turbo including the fuel system, cooling, etc. would cost WAY more than a FAST LSXR 102, Nick Williams throttle body and LS2 style fuel rails. Sure, you'd get more power out of the turbo but you are still talking about something that's much more difficult to install and costs thousands of dollars more to do the right way.

My reply above was not even LS related. Anybody with a trace of common sense would know better than to buy critical engine components like bearings from Amazon.
