Going to go look at a used LS6 w/ EGR provision tomorrow. What should I be sure to look for around the fitting. I am pretty sure I know what the SLP Intake and LPE attachment looks like, and to make sure it has a flat bottom. Anything else? I am worried about leaking around the EGR hookup and/or the bottom. Any tips on what to look for to make sure the hookup wasn't some "rigged up" deal? Thanks!

 

what year did the ls6 intake have egr?

 

It didn't. SLP makes one that does, and LPE makes an attachment. There are also some custom jobs

 

Ok, I was wondering about that.
