Default Air Box Question

I need to know if the air box on a RAM AIR 99 Trans Am differs from an airbox on a non ram air Trans Am. If so, how do the two differ? Please, I would like more than one reply, so I will know what track I need to head in, concerning an air intake.

Default What should I do?

Ok, thanks guys. Here's my dilemma. I just buught a wrecked 99 TA. It orginally came with the standard hood, but has been replaced with a ws6 style hood. I have the lower portion of the original airbox. I found a completel airbox from a ws6 car for $100 used. Should I buy this, or should I just keep what I have and buy a lid? If I go with the second option, will I have hood clearance issues? I am looking for the most efficient setup as far as power goes. Thanks for your help.

I think $100 is too much for a used box. I just sold mine for $30. I think that if you look around you can find one for cheaper.
