IAT and PCV relocation

Back again with more PCV questions! I recently picked up a 5.3 swapped Astro and am trying to figure out how this build works/how I can improve it before a tune.

Currently, my throttle body has the PCV clean air vent running to the passenger side valve cover, and the IAT mounted directly into the air filter. If anyone saw my previous post, I recently picked up a NW 92mm throttle body without the PCV vent, and I'd like to make it work. Would it be possible (provided there's clearance) to mount a 90 degree intake tube in front of the TB and plumb both the IAT and PCV into the joint? I'm assuming the IAT would be fine, seeing as it's been sealed right into the filter in this current build, but would there be a problem with the clean air vent right behind that? There's no MAF in this, just IAT

Current: Green is fresh air from TB to valve cover. Red is IAT

Relocating fresh air and IAT to 90 degree elbow?
