No Start/Dead OBD II I have/had a Gen 3 5.3 swapped into a 92 YJ Wrangler- it has been the most dependable set up ever- I sold it, and 2 days later it cranks, but no start- changed and checked relays- all good, but no signal power to fuel pump relay- Ignition relay is powering up- key on/key off power is present-at the relay and fuse block for the Novak modified harness-looking to verify key on/in/out power at the PCM pins- can anyone provide any guidance? Everything online seem generic and not specific to this issue- donor was a 2003 Tahoe/L59 flex fuel- i am not sure what colors the are for the PCM- red/blue or blue green? are the pins different for this scenario?
Could an extended key on situation(like over night) damage the PCM?

Step ONE: Fully charge, and LOAD TEST battery.
Two: Check cable from negative battery terminal to BOTH engine and chassis ground point. ( Check means Remove, scrape, file or attain clean flat metal to metal contact, and re-fasten )
Three: Check positive cable where it connects to starter solenoid.

Report back with Battery Load test results ( Test is rendered in COLD CRANKING AMPS, and then, remaining Open circuit voltage AFTER the carbon pile amp draw test. )
