Default Mishimoto Experience?

I’m building a 5.3 for my 2000 Silverado. Mishimoto makes a radiator and trans cooler bundle.

has anyone used them before?

They are commonly used in the import community. When they first came out about 15 years back quality was like most other Chinese junk, but they have improved. Its what I would consider to be one step above Chineseium, but not on par with KoyoRad or Fluidyne. I understand that Mishimoto is a US based company but they outsource everything to China.

I recently just purchased the Mishimoto 40K Trans Cooler for my TA with the new PB Trans/3600 stall - I've seen the authentic version of the TruCool used frequently & the Mishimoto is every bit as good quality & sturdiness wise plus has Lifetime Warranty with every cooler having a Ser# that you register

B4 that my experience with them was silicone main rad hoses for the TA & some various BMW stuff - everything I have received from them has been hi quality & still in use today after yrs...

Engineered cooling products are really good. They use the 1” double tubes just like dewitts, becool, griffin, etc. use, but are about half the cost.
