Oil pressure sensor
Oil pressure sensor I put a brand new ac delco sensor in when installing fast intake. It works but occasionally will peg out the meter for a couple seconds then go back to registering normally. The factory sensor i pulled out did the same but in reverse it would occasionally drop to zero. I've checked grounds and wiring for any small nicks and didn't find anything wrong. Are the sensors all just a crap shoot these days? Seems like any offbrand is definitely a no go but ive seen people even have issues with brands like brosch on these. Motion raceworks sells a rife sensor anybody tried one of those? Pretty spendy but the issue really annoys me even though I know it isn't causing any harm.

The issue I see reported more often is needle shake/quiver (rapid, continuous movement over 2-3psi while sitting at idle mostly - and usually only when hot), but that seems to plague even the "best" brand sensors these days.
If it's pegging or cutting out completely, that sounds more like a harness issue.
