Do they sell new bushings etc or a full kit?

for a stock throttle body? just buy another one, theyre peanuts

 

Don't know of a "kit"; butt there's not a whole lot to them.

Most don't use bushings. They use miniature ball bearings. Shouldn't be too hard to do if you can identify and find the bearings. Likely they're 600 series, probably 601 or 602, with 2 rubber seals.
