yeah it’s terrible in the rain. I’ve suspected it was an electrical problem all along I just can’t find it. I’ve changed plug wires multiple times that never helped. I suspect the alternator because it’s closest to the ground. I don’t know though.

Did you replace the crank sensor with a factory GM sensor? Not a parts store one, and NOT an ACDelco one. Because if you didn't, this may be your problem.

I did replace it with a parts store one. I got the most expensive one they had. Think it was a Delphi I don’t remember for sure. I’ll see if I can see it with a mirror. Did the same with the cam sensor

I get all my crank and cam sensors from the junkyard and make sure they have GM part numbers on them. I don't know why, but no aftermarket companies can make these things where they'll function correctly.

check the connector where the coil pack harness plugs into the main harness. could be some corrosion or leak there on one side that causes a problem that is exacerbated by rain.
also check the coil pack grounds. the fact that it doesn't start is definitely notable, either its not seeing RPM or its not lighting off on a whole bunch of cylinders.

Would I be able to see all the sensors functioning with hp tuners? I have access to it from a friend.

You said you cleaned the injectors? How? I can almost guarantee you have a piece of debris holding an injector open. I clean mine by using a cheap amazon injector tester, sticking them in a bowl of Berryman's, and cycling the injector while pulling a vacuum on the top so the fluid flows backwards though the injector. If it's not an injector and your EVAP purge is still hooked up, I'd check the hose for fuel. If your canister somehow got saturated with fuel, that could cause this as well.

I cleaned them an unusual way. I’m sure they didn’t get very clean. But had a hose with mercury power tune put pressure with the can and touched it to a battery to get them to spray. They all sprayed. The evap purge valve is still on there and it’s bone dry. I have no idea if nic d tuned it out or not. He never said anything. He tuned out the other smog stuff. Shouldn’t the car throw an engine light for what it’s doing? It’s never come on. There’s no codes stored on it either.

Well, if you pulled the intake and that valve had fuel on it, I'd suspect that injector was acting up. It may open, but it might stick on closing due to debris in the injector and it ends up adding too much fuel. That would explain the stumble, but not the fact that it's worse when it gets wet. If I were you, I'd swap injectors and see if the problem follows the injector or not. If it doesn't, I'd be digging into the wiring harness and looking for frayed wires.

I ordered that cheap tester that you mentioned. I’ve moved the injectors around before but didnt have the intake off to see if fuel was sitting in the ports. The no start issue has gotten worse since I changed the cam sensor. With the old one it only did it once in a while now it’s almost every time. I’m going to put the old one back on when I’m ready to put the intake back on.

Little update found one of the injector adapters had corrosion in it. Also one of the injectors would not spray through backwards. So have new injectors coming and put the old cam sensor in.

I have found that with that injector tester, if the injector won't fire when you pulse it, grab a screwdriver and tap the body when you hit the pulse button and sometimes that will get them working. My original injectors sat for 15 years with no fuel in them and 3 out of 8 were stuck until I soaked them in Berryman's and tapped them with a screwdriver while pulsing.

mine all clicked when I did the pulse just the one didn’t spray through like the others did just kinda spewed out.

So finally the car is running with no more sputter the new injectors fixed the problem. The no start problem so far is gone too. I’m gonna have to take it to my tuner though it’s throwing a rich code now unless someone can guide me through it on hp tuners I’ll do it myself. But finally some relief thing was driving me nuts!

Well the no start issue is still there did it again today. I’ll swap the original crank sensor back in since I did the original cam sensor.
