Default Donut oil cooler

Has anyone used one of these donut oil coolers on their motor? It's the kind that a lot of newer cars use that uses engine coolant to heat up/ cool off the engine oil. My engine is using a CTS-V oil pan which I think has M22 filter threads.

Used to be the stock setup on 80s Camaro & Firebird, also Vette IIRC

Worked great; kept the oil warm, and as it was intended to do, warmed it up MUCH faster than it otherwise would

Was used in cop cars alot since those guys like to pop out of the donut shop in the middle of winter, hop into their cars that somebody else pays the maintenance on and they don't have to worry about any of that, and hammer down the next second after it starts up

Incidentally, "the pan" DOESN'T have M22 threads. "The adapter" that screws into the pan has those, and if it's something like 07-up, they'll be the metric ones. It's very eeeeezzzy to change that to the early kind that has SAE threads if you want to: it has an Allen in the center, maybe 5/8" or so, for its drive.

I didn't realize that the pan has an adapter on it, that may make it easier to retrofit a donut cooler from another vehicle. It would probably be necessary to relocate the filter I'm thinking otherwise it would be hanging way low.
