Evans Water Pumps
Evans Water Pumps Hi all, so I bought out a LS parts stash the other day and I got a NOS Evans Racing Water Pump. I want to use it on my AMX build, but I went online to Evan's website and they no long have them on there. Just asking general question is these are still rebuildable by them or someone else? I can call Evans, but was wondering if anyone here already knew. Thanks!
Its been over a decade since evans quit having anything to do with the pumps.
Best bet on a rebuild would be an old school radiator and pump rebuild shop (equally non existent these days)
Or getting lucky and reading a part# for bearing/seal to source replacements.
Possibly… if you have an electric motor and pump rebuilder locally they may be able to help. These type of shops would typically be the place where 30plus hp electric motors and chiller/boiler pumps get serviced.
