another header question. I have a 99 and am wondering if i should get my Pacesetter headers with the e.g.r and air fittings. If the answer is no should i get the headers for 00-02 and get rid of my e.g.r. and air or should I keep both systems. I really dont understand much of it.
It depends on where you live and how the emission inspections are done. Are you keeping the cats in place or going to go with an ORY and not have the cats on? If you are going that route then there would be no reason to keep AIR on the car. I have an 01 so i didn't have to deal with EGR.

If you don't have to worry about emission then delete EGR and AIR all together. I'm not completely sure if the 01-02 race style headers will fit on the 98-00 cars. It'll clean up your engine bay by removing them.

Verdad Gallardo race headers are the easiest and cheapest since you dont have to buy block off plates except for the intake. that is unless you are going to install or already bought an ls6 intake.
