Default BBK 80mm vs 78mm ported stock TB?

I was wondering if I could get input on which route to go. I have a stock 75mm unit, epoxied, WOT stop mod, inlet fully ported, but looking for a little more.

I can get a 78mm reworked stock throttle body off ebay (bored and replated), or find a used BBK unit. Which would everyone recommend and why?

For BBK users, how is throttle tip in off idle compared to stock, is it really sharp? For 98-99 users, how was the feel change with the larger linkage compared to the smaller stock linkage?

And it'd be a big favour if someone with a BBK could post a picture of the linkage on those units, as I need to modify it slightly to work on my car.

Thanks, any advice/help appreciated!

Default

Have your stocker ported, or do it yourself.
