Default Swapping 99 LS1 Engine in a 98 T/a

Is there anything I should know first. Any connections or any trouble I may encounter. The 99 Engine is out of a z-28 and going into a 98 T/A. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks........

as long as you use all the 98 sensors/wires/exhaust manifolds/etc and just use the long block out of the 99, you won't have any problems. An LS1 is an LS1

Use the injectors and fuel rails from the 98 motor. Bigger injectors
