Looks like rust inside my coil pack and wire

Car had been acting funny...

I pulled the plugs today (didnt buy new ones yet, all part stores are closed at this point)

Anyways, on the inside of one of my coil packs where the wire connects to it looked rust in there and on the inside of the wire. Any idea what caused this? Can I just clean them up or should I buy a new coil/wire?

I would try cleaning it up first.
