Idle searching... After putting my headers on and installing some 3" true duals I drove 450 miles to Atlanta and noticed something weird in regards to my idle. When I would be cruising at 60 or 70 and take the car out of gear the engine would not go back to idle but instead would rest at about 1500rpms and get progressivly slower as the car slowed, coming to rest at normal idle around 30mph. I have no idea what to make of this. I can only think it would be a tranny issue but seeing as how I had just done the header swap I think that might have had something to do with it. It keeps doing it now on and off. Any ideas?
