Parts needed for custom catted Y pipe help!?
Parts needed for custom catted Y pipe help!? I'm going to have a custom Y pipe made to hook to my Jet Hot headers. Now I know I'll need cats, and flowmaster merge collector, but what size cats do I need? What size merge collector do i need? This y pipe is going to be connecting my Jet Hot LTs and my GMMG. I'm just confused on what size to go on the Y pipe and what parts sizes I need for it. Any opinions or help would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!

If you still want to go custom-Y (recommended), then you will need a collector and 2 cats of course.
The Flow collector takes in 2x2.5" inputs or 2x3" inputs, and outputs a single 3" or single 3.5" exit, respectfully. Carsounds can be had in 2.5" and 3" sizes (they will plug in before your collector goes in).
Just measure the output of your headers, match that number with the input of your i-pipe/catback, and boom you have some numbers you can use.
A cheap shop would only charge like $200 to assemble it if you bring the pieces to them. Better than anything on the open market imo. Good luck.
