wrong thing to do wit intake! ok, i didnt want to pay 100$ for lid so i cut resenators off, i 4got that a hose connects to the resantator,**** but my question to yall is, were does that hose connect to at the bottom of the car(i see some part but dont know what it is),**** 2nd question****do i have to have that hose connected to my air box?
Well, I'll presume you're talking about the baffles. And that hose leads to your AIR system. It pumps air into your cats. If you keep your air system, you'll need to attach that hose with some zip tie or something and put a breather on it. Or, you can take out your AIR system. Note, its a emissions component, so if you need to pass emissions, this might make it more difficult. When I put on my ls6 intake I got rid of EGR and AIR and haven't looked back.
