electric cut-out I have a corsa exhaust, stock headers and y. How much louder would a cut out actually make my car. Live next door to one of Henricos finest.

If you live next to a cop, I wouldn't get on it too hard leaving the house. To be honest, cutouts are freaking loud.
Since you have stock manifolds and cats, it shouldn't be too annoying.
