hmmm ... looking at the pic, I could see a sensor under the brake fluid reservior. Could be that.

Mine was disconnected too. It goes to the sensor on brake fluid reservior. Mine wont snap in all the way.

I have no idea, but I hope when you plug it in, that it gives you 5-10 more horsepower!
