What Can It Hurt I Want To Cap Off The Evap Line For The Fuel To The Throttle Body. I Broke That Damn Plastic Peice. It Keeps Coming Of 'cuase I Rigged It Causing A Vac Leak.

It takes vapors out of the normally pressure sealed gas tank, when the evap solenoid opens, and lets the engine burn them off.
You can replace it with a rubber fuel line. If you want to keep the quick connect fittings, just take a box cutter and lightly cut the nylon tubing lengthwise over the barbs on the fitting, and then the line will split off the fitting, and you can keep the fittings. Find some rubber fuel hose, shove the fittings up in there, and away you go.
