GREEN, you're not the first guy to come out and stand behind his Pacesetter Y pipe. I wonder if they have fixed their problem, or if there are two seperate batches or what? From what I see now, it's hit or miss. 50-50 on who liked em, and who hated them.

you'll know they are there because your engine will sound like a sewing machine....mine rattle a little but because my bracket broke off after about 2k miles a small weld here adn there and it should be back to normal, clearance is good and im lowered

If you are looking to put LT's on your car and you are not going to run cats with them you will need to get some O2 sims, the O2 sims go right where the LT's bend to go into the collector. its an easy opperation so dont sweat too much.

I would consider yourself lucky then, I followed my friend up to stone mountain and the whole install was supposed to only take like 3 hours. We wound up staying there for about 10hrs. The guys that were puting them on said that they had to get a crow bar and bend the LT's so they would fit up to his exhaust. Pain in my *** but the sound that that loud SOB is now producing was well worth the wait.

O2 simulators do not go into the headers? They replace the rear O2 sensors if you run an ORY. They do not hook into anything besides the wiring harness, iirc. I'll be going with a catted Y anyway. Can't thank you guys enough for the input. LOL I hate to even bring this idea up after all the discussion, but I may be getting some Mac Mid's. The Catted Y from TSP put me over budget, and these Mac's might fill in nicely. Would headers from a '98 car plug in okay to my '00? What a schmuck I feel like. :embarased:
