hooker catback problems, please help!
Also, when I got back under the car to try to pull them in, I seated the I-pipe fully on the y-pipe, thinking this was why they stuck out, now just the one side(passenger)where I directly pulled the whole unit back, has moved in.
The other side is still at the same length!!
What would cause the catback to sit crooked like that? The driver's side will not move back at all. Is my only option to pull the unit off the y-pipe to even out the tips? When I first installed it, it naturally went in and seated about 1 1/2 inches short of where the stock pipe did. I am running the stock y-pipe for now, but an ORY is on for this weekend, please help me correct this.
If anybody has pix from under their car with a hooker catback on that would be amazing, especially close-ups of the hangers and connections. Who knows, maybe I have something screwed up.

Did you bottom out the "y" of the tips on the end of the tailpipes? Is the muffler where the stock one was? I can't imagine you could put it in upside down or anything like that
P.S. One other tip - if you're re-using the stock I-pipe clamp, tighten it until right before you think the bolt will break - otherwise it will come loose and rattle.
