lookin for new setup

right now i have the muffler delete on my 01 TA i am gong to cali soon and want something that will be smog legal well somewhat and loud!! i was looking into buyin kooks LT's with a qtp electric cutout with a random high flow cat with gmmg catback exahust do u think this setup will sound good? and be somewhat near smog legal in cali?
