Default HELP,TPIS 90 MM TB Problem

Ok here is the problem,My throttle body is hanging at 1400 to 2000 after I jump on it!I have sanded the blade and it Does not stick when car is off or if I leave it in park and rev it up.But as soon as I start driving it,it stays open to like 3-5%,If I tap on gas a couple of times it goes down to Idle. Now if I leave it stuck open 1-3% get out of car after driving while the engine is running.I can push it down to the stop WTF ,It is like some kind of air pressure keeping it open? The thing that gets me is if I shut car off and restart it it is fine until I drive.Any have a clue as to what is causing this?I really would appreciate the info...

Mine did the same thing it seems TPIS 90mm T/B's have a week throttle spring so I tried wraping the spring one more time but it would not quit reach around so I added another throttle spring a straight one like from Auto Zone and attached one end to the bell crank and the other end to my LSX intake upper half bolt.

Hope this helps ya!

No my pedal isn't hard at all, the spring kit I bought had about 6 different springs in it and I used one of the heavier one's.
