Default Longtubes, Cats, what else?

Hey exhaust Guru's, I need some advice.

I'm putting together a 382 Stroker with P&P (Stage II) heads.

What headers would you guys recommend? I want long tubes, for the power obviously, but my car is lowered and I am planning on it staying there. Are there any long tubes that have better ground clearance .(I know there are gonna be some issues no matter what, but I also know to be careful)

I want to keep my cats (believe it or not, for the muffling effect, I don't wanna be obnoxiously loud) and I'd like to run true duals, but I don't know if I'm gonna be able to afford them. I have the FlowMaster cat back with the 40-Series Muff, so I could change that, but I really like the sound of it, and I may just get a cut-out for power.

Would that be a good setup, or is that gonna rob a lot of power?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yep...what he said!

I am amazed at how well the Kooks headers tuck up in there...the ground clearance is almost as good as stock manifolds. You can kinda see in these pics how well they tuck in...the car is on a lift, but you can judge it relative to my SLP subframe connectors...

Kooks 1 7/8

SLPs are the only headers that hang lower than other LTs.

I just tried to get True Duals done for like a month and no one would even do them out the back, only dumps (Read : ******* Loud). I have a Flow 50 series with no cats and its quiet through the muffler and makes the power with the cutout open.

Would that be a good setup, or is that gonna rob a lot of power?
If you have the cutout the catback doesnt really matter
Thanks in advance for your help!
