Where can I get a Y-pipe that fits on Hooker long tubes?

Where can I get a Y-pipe that fits on Hooker long tubes? Like the title says. Preferebly one with cats, but if not I can install my own. It's about time to retire the X-pipe for a bit since I'm not really racing anymore.
