Well, I finished my heads/cam/headers install yesterday and snapped a few pictures of the catted y on the car. I plan to recheck all the header bolts next weekend on a lift, and I'll be able to snap some better pictures. But for the time being, these will have to suffice.
Overall, the thing fits very well. I was very surprised. The heat shield on the driver's cat is a little close to the fuel lines and the torque arm. As a matter of fact, after driving it a little, my torque arm has already made the necessary "adjustments" to the heat shield to get it to clear. I still need to ask TSP what they think about the fuel lines. But it doesn't bang or rub anywhere else. I did need to put some heater hose tape on the passenger heat shield because the shield looked like it would bang the header (Pacesetter) if I didn't. I did lose a little ground clearance, but I expected that.
By the way, I didn't get any instructions or markings either, but Jason described it to me over the phone and the picture on the first page looks correct.

I think the Lakewood may not have cleared the stock y. Since this one hangs down lower, it should be no problem (assuming that was the reason

I like the fact it comes in sections like that, couldn't tell from the picture on the webpage. I was planning on running no cats but want to have the option to pop em back in for emissions testing. Looks like it shouldn't be too hard to make a couple straight pipes to replace those cats.
I'd be interested to see someone pass a smog test with this Y-pipe.
I know it should be ok but I have heard of cars with aftermarket cats failing.

For anyone that is interested I just installed headman headers and used the TSP y pipe for them. It worked well but the collector flanges are different. I just cut the end of the y pipe off and welded the headman flanges on. I also had to make more clearance on the driver side because the headers are closer to the floorboard than the Pacesetters or Hookers. The TSP y was good quality for the price.

Ground clearance looks pretty good
Are there O2 bungs?
Joseph, will these clear the Kenny Brown Double Diamond subframe connectors (KBDD SFCs)? If not, can I modify the sfc's to have this y-pipe fit?

Only O2s are the ones in the headers before the cats. No rears - had them deleted.
So far, I have not noticed any banging (and I have definitely run it hard
). The two places I mentioned before (passenger heat shield and torque arm) would be the ONLY two possibilities for rubbing/banging. I modified the heat shield some to minimize it banging on the header. It clears the y-pipe. And it looks like after going over a few railroad tracks that the torque arm has already made the necessary "adjustments" to the cat heat shield for me.
I plan to get it up on a lift this weekend to re-check header bolts and fix some minor exhaust leaks, and I'll snap some better pictures while I'm there. I'll get some that show how much my SFCs clear. They're not DDs, but more like single diamonds. The only difference between mine and DDs is mine do not have the 3rd (rear) cross-brace going to the tunnel brace. I would think the fronts would be the same. Or at least so similar it would be scary.
I'll post in here when I get the new pictures.

You will still need o2 sims on just about any good high flow cat setup. Even in testing with o2s the cat systems were still throwing codes.
I guess the cats flow pretty well if it's throwing codes ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
