Differences in X crossovers

Differences in X crossovers What is the majority using for their X's on their true duals? I'm guess most everyone is using a Summit/Flowtech style which is just two mandrel bends cut and then welded together.
I like the BBK style shown below as it seems like a smoother transition.
What about about the type which is like a box with 4 pipes coming out of it?
What would everyone say flows better?
I'm going to be going with the Sweet Thunder mufflers for my X setup, but I wasn't sure which X to go with.

Dr. Gas looks just like 2 mandrel bends to me...
