You may want to hold off on your header purchase, as these will offer all of the qualities of the existing Victor Race headers #6570, including 1-3/4" primary tubes stepped to 1-7/8", a 3-1/2" outlet, and mandrel bends. However, the "New" designs will be completely assembled and include O2 and AIR and will be available for both the 98-99 and 00-02 models. (The existing are a true race header with an adjustable, bolt-on collector).

Two very important qualities to note is the addition of a ceramic coating option and our new Ti-Tech coating, which offers you a lower cost alternative to traditional ceramic coat and will not burn off like a traditional black paint. This is going to be a great option. One last note, the #6571 Y-pipe will complete the installation and these are available through your LS1Tech Edelbrock distributors. I can send an image over tomorrow when I am in the office, as long as it is kept low key until SEMA!

Thanks,
Jason.
When are these going to be available to us?...can i get the ceramic coated race only without all the emissions stuff...and what are we looking at for a price on these...please post pics...thanks

My vote is for Hooker based on its sound. I don't know about the weather issue, I don't drive it in the rain, and especially not the snow. Good luck.

How much would this setup cost to go from the heads all the way back?

These are only going to be available with the emissions hookups. Our current offering, #6570 would be the way to go if you would rather not have to use or blockoff the emissions. As for an image, I am having trouble posting one. Send me a private message and I will email one to you.

thank you,
Jason.

The attached file is an image of the NEW Edelbrock headers with ceramic coating. They are available with Ti-Tech (a new titanium high temp ceramic based paint) or the Ceramic coating.

yea I'm in the market for a new catback also, right now I have LT's, ORY, GMMG, but the old lady is complaining about it, and it gets unbareable after about 30 minutes of conitiuous driving in the car. I am going with dual QTEC's in the Y, and maybe a Hooker catback, but debating with the Magnaflow. Do they both flow pretty well? I am leaning towards the Hooker, just because everyone says it sounds bad *** with LT's,ORY....

I've heard it with cats, sounds good, but I want to know how it would sound with an ORY? I've heard Hooker with ORY and LT's and it sounded bad ***, that's the reason I'm leaning towards Hooker.......
