Depends on what you want. Bullets will flow better but sweet thunders will sound much better.

I wouldn't expect much more than 2-3 extra horse. I wouldn't trade my sweet thunders for anything. They really do sound deep as thunder.

I've had both, though not on an LS1. I have Dynomax Bullets on my old 'Stang ('98 GT) and they were pretty nice. Fairly quiet at idle, nice and loud with a little bit of throttle. However, I currently have 18" Sweet Thunders on my Z and I love them. Reminiscent of a big block muscle car, exactly what I wanted. A bit more interesting than the Bullets to my ears. Check out mnc2886's clip on ls1sounds.com ( http://www.ls1sounds.com/true_duals/...am_mnc2886.mpg ) and be prepared to change your shorts when they go full throttle on the dyno Good luck either way.

C'mon guys, its a true dual setup. Unless you need those extra 3hp to tip the scale b/c you're a dynoqueen, the difference of flow isn't a big deal. This is just like that GMMG vs Magnaflow thread. Minimal flow diff, its all about the sound. And concerning that, its Sweet Thunders all the way, as long as you like it loud

There really is no other set-up that can compare the the sweet thunders.

My friend has bullets on his TD setup and it sounds awesome, but I like the sweet thunder sound a little better.

I am planning on getting TD soon, and I want Sweet Thunder but I am having trouble finding them.

Anyone know where I can get the best deal on a pair?

I've heard sweet thunders and bullets and i would go with the sweet thunders just go on ls1sounds.com if you can't decide. It should be what you want not everybody else.

Bullets here and I love the sound. Especially scary to passersby when you bounce off 6500 rip ems.

Sweetthunder all the way. They're both loud but when it comes to the quality of the exhaust note it's sweetthunder all the way.

I voted for sweet thunder. I heard them on a G5X2 car. I have the MS3 with dynomax bullets. NOTHING wrong with the sound of the bullets, but the sweet thunder does sound a little better IMO.
