Help separating stock Y for cat-back!!

Any tips or tricks to help separate the stock y-pipe from cat-back. IT IS STUCK TOGETHER. I don't want to cut it.

I took off my old cat-back in one piece and to break that connection I:
First covered the joint in wd-40 and let sit for 30min-1hr
Then after the cat-back was loose I vertically twisted it up and down till it came off (a friend makes this much easier- each person grabs one side)

Hope this helps, it can be done, just takes some effort.

Maybe some PB Blaster or White Lithium (doubt that will work as well for this type of situation).

I had to torch it. Heated it up for a little and it slide right out.

Ditto..
We used a Propane Torch to heat it up, and alot of wiggling.
