Default GMS MAF & Lean Codes

I recently installed a GMS MAF and now Im getting lean codes on bank 1&2. (P0171&P0174). Is there a viable solution to stop the codes from setting off while using that MAF?

Yes, get a tune.

My suggestion is to pull that POS off and put it on Ebay. You're much better off with the stock MAF. There are many other places to look for power.

Exactly. I had one that caused the same exact codes and also a surging idle. Put a stock descreened MAF which eliminated the problems. I also saw zero gain for hp with it.

Sell the GMS MAF. It is worth nothing but headaches.

It'll cost you just as much for the tune as you probably paid for that POS. Sell it and cut your losses
