hey man, if you want flamethrowing exhaust tips, go for it. it can be done tastefully....but its difficult. i don't particularly like it much. and z98, i'm glad you're well versed in literary terms since you obviously skipped over the sarcasm section. i'll be the first to admit tho, most of my parts are waiting to be installed...just need the car back from the body shop. y'all are crushing my self esteem here...

So wait, you were being sarcastic, but your car IS stock? You can't have it both ways Joe.

The infamous ricer "waiting to be installed" mod. A.k.a. the "next week" mod.

:lol

i can see running a fuel line to between your tips from your fuel rail (like where a wet kit hooks up), then putting a simple fuel solenoid to a T fitting, then to a fogger in each exhaust tip to atomize the fuel. then put some spark plugs after them wired to the same switch. need some type of power supply for them that would deliver a constant spark or multiple sparks (MSD system of some sort?)

would be quite a novelty item, plus discourage tailgating

You guys are great. I thought of doing this too. I'm just affraid of melting my own bumper cover when some Ricer pulls up too close behind me. I'd look like a fool burning him up and melting my rear cover at the same time.

Time to watch that Pimp My Rides episode again.

Bu that's why having a switch to start the flames in back is the way to go. I'm talking about having this to add to my show car status... I think it would be a cool thing to do... But yes if some ricer is pissing you off behind you then I would totally flame their cars!!! hehe
