Question Air filter for a LS1 Carbureted manifold question

Im planing on getting this set up. I plan on puting a nitrous plate + a 4150 Holley. Which air filter could I used to clear the hood? I have a SLP Ultra Z hood if that helps with the options. Thanks for your time and help.

yeah, edel has that new intake for making the LS1 carbed. It was mainly intended for older F-bodies or other swap cars to use instead of going through the trouble of wiring the car. I'd like to see what a 4th gen would look carbed though. sorry I couldnt offer any help, but definately post some pics when you get it

Its gonna be trial and error, I don't think you will be able to fit a big 14" round filter on there, you might have to use a small edelbrock version.

http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/index.html See pro flow 1004, I can't say I like how it looks but if it works its ok right.
