Borla or Magnaflow
Borla or Magnaflow i have three threads already but i was wondering if I were to do true duals which mufflers would be better, Magnaflow XL's or Borla XR1's? if anything better please respond 
I have had both mufflers on my car and as long as the car was stock the magnaflow was great but once I changed things the right side got straight exhaust with the magnaflow. I switched to the borla and I would not get any other muffler. If you run a true duel setup it will just depend on which one you like the sound of better. Both make a quality product.
yeah I noticed the same thing too on my Magnaflow muffler, the right side is louder than the left. I noticed that right time the exhaust comes into the muffler there is a U shaped baffle to catch half of the exhaust and throw it right back out w/o even sending it through the muffler. And the other half of the exhaust goes through the muffler and sends it out the left side. Strange but it sounds wicked!

BORLA SOUNDS GOOD BUT VERY OVER PRICED I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON YOUR BUDGET BUTA MAGNAFLOW WILL SOUND JUST AS GOOD
Million mile warranty with Borla's ... it's for a reason. They're better ... not just overpriced. As said before, you do, however, pay a little more for the name ... because of the name is dependable. My budget would be the factor, though. Read above to see what the overall consensus is ... Borla's rule.
Magnaflow's are a great investment and sound nice .... again, budget would be my decision. Borla's are the more prestigeous product.
