I just got a used LS6 intake and it's pretty filthy. I just want to get all the oil, grime, etc out of the thing before I put it on my car. Is it ok to use the good 'ol fashioned Clean R Carb or is there something I should used specifically for composite intakes? Thanks!

I took all the electrics off mine... Sprayed it with Castol Superclean and hosed it out...
I also blew it off with compressed air and let it sit for a day to be certain that there was no extra water in there.

Any other ideas?
