I'm sure it's a simple wiring problem that you can easily take care of and once you get it fixed you'll be supprised how much LTs wake up the LS1.
Exactly what he said. These are just headers not rocket science. I was very careful on the removal and install of the O2 sensors. I even put them in zip lock bags marked from what engine bank and order. I never let anything touch the O2's either. I checked and double checked all my connections. Installed new plugs and gave a couple of days for the PCM to "relearn". Since you SHOULD disconnect the battery during a header install. Car ran odd for a day or 2 but after that it was music to the ears and a awesome seat of the pants feel. No codes at all.

A tune is the 'ideal' after a header install but not totally necessary in most cases I think.

LS1Sounds and LS1LT1 answered that question up one post.
**** happens, and sparks can get damaged or gap set off.
ngk tr55s (one the of best spark for ur ls1) are 1.89(times 8). its the cheapest insurance ever. also u can adjust ur gap. the plugs come at .050(instead of the .060), which some recommend for a bolt on setup (see www.ls1.com)

That's not the problem, as long as you're not using the HPP Power Tuning, those others parameters/settings shouldn't be related to this particular problem IMO.

get to a dyno and check your A/F then have someone tune the car correctly and delete the rear O2's, you will get a SES light if you dont have O2simms or delete them.
