Default 1 7/8" primaries vs 1 3/4" primaries

If i can get these for the same price, would the 1 7/8 HURT performance or just i woulndt perform em to the max? I guess what i'm saying is if i can get em for the same price should i?

On a stock motor, stick with 1 3/4". If you plan on getting serious in the future, you can always grow into the 1 7/8". A bigger header will net you a small loss of low end power and grunt NA, but big headers are great for Nitrous.

On a stocker I would just just just get the 1 3/4", thats out of the 2.
My choice I would get 1 5/8" for stocker.

If going a 224+ cam later on then 1 3/4" should be fine, if going big cubes or big cam solid roller stuff 250-260+ then I'd go the 1 7/8".
