Battery power drops after Pulley ?
As soon as the fans kick on [ 168* first fan, 172* second fan ] the volts drop from 13 to the top of the yellow mark!.. even with the new battery!

Correct me if I'm wrong but the voltmeter in the car only reads the output of the alternator, right? So the new battery wouldn't change anything it will just be able to handle the cycling alot better than the stock one. I've had the same probelm as you for along time and everyhting has been fine, I wouldn't really worry about it. If you can get an alternator over drive pulley but then you might read high when the fans and lights are not on.
