Hey 5POINT7, is that a BMR torque arm? Does it mount to the tranny tailshaft? ANy clearance issues with the X pipe? Sorry so many Q's, but I was thinking of running the duals (making my own), but wanted to make sure I don't have any problems with clearance with an aftermarket torque arm. Thanks man!

Yup, BMR. Took some convincing to get it to fit, but now my clearance is great. Lowest part of the exhaust is up by the cats.

what "convincing" did you have to do. and which bmr TA is it? the only reason i haven't bought the tsp duals yet is because of the torque arm issues.

The "convincing" means that the hardest part of fitment was the size of the x pipe. 3" diameter is huge. It's a TSP x crossover, but we had to cut some of the x pipe and weld on some straight pipe to the back of it so it wouldn't angle outwards towards the wheels.

It's a BMR adjustable TA. Not the TrakPak or Xtreme Duty.

FWIW, if I could do it again, I'd just buy an x crossover and make my own true duals from a local exhaust shop. I ended up having to modify the TSP so much it's pretty much a one off custom job now.

Edit: here's a pic of my TSP setup before the modifications. Clearance was terrible.

Why is the TA on the LEFT side in one pic and on the RIGHT side in another? Never saw that before. Thought I was going crazy from too many exhasut fumes.

you had the x-pipe section on upside down man, or did you have to do that to clear the torque arm?

I very well could have had the x upside down. I don't know, there weren't any directions on it and both ways fit like crap. I didn't cut to clear the torque arm, I cut it to tuck into the driveshaft tunnel more.

BLASTER, yeah, sorry man. Don't wory, you're not going crazy from the exhaust fumes...I flipped the pic in Photoshop when I was scanning it onto my computer. My TA is on the same side as normal, all the time.
