Default New LTs and throwing p0327

I put LTs and an ory and my ses light is on. Its the Knock sensor,p0327. It was fine before the headers. I don't know where to start. Also my crapy Flowmaster is now raspy and rattling at 2000rpm to 2500rpm. Could the muffler cause this code?

Your y-pipe banging on anything? The LT's hitting anything?

the y pipe has plenty of clearance but the driver side o2 sensor is really close to the heat shield.

I would start there. Are you sure its the muffler rattling, and not something up front? All clamps tight? Any sort of rattling or tapping or banging will set a knock sensor code.

I'm pretty sure the muffler is doing it. I had my friends listen. It sounds like a truck with glass packs. It happens at part throttle between 2000 and 2500rpm

Sounds like something is loose. Like the ORY to intermediate pipe connection. Can you hear any exhaust leaks?

Well, if your hearing a rattle, then somethings loose or not tight enough. Fix the rattle you hear (heatshields, clamps, etc..) and the code will most likely disappear. Oh, and you cant wear out a Flowmaster, theres nothing to wear out.

As soon as I get an ORY, I will be putting my QTP's on, and I have a Flowmaster (came with the car) I am kind of anxious to hear what it sounds like. My chevelle with dual 40 series Flo's rocks
