Not many choices in the 1500rpm and up range. If you move to 2500RPM and up range there are lots of choices. Best bet is to have one custom ground. You can tell the RIGHT cam guy what you want and usually get the best results.

Maybe gears and a cam/headers would be a good start. when i go with the cam, will the Kooks or qtp's make a huge difference, or is it like a 5 or 10 hp gain? some say they have gained 30 hp with the headers, others claim 5 hp on the site? Whats the truth behind that?
ttt now

I didnot gain alot from kooks headers(1/10) and that is tuned. But a very mild cam(in sig,) gave me 3/10s off in the 1/4. And I should have chosen better. So I'd have to say cam,cat back(was good for a tenth) and or gears.

Thanks,
J

One good place to get a cam is Vinci High Performance. A lot of their grinds are centered around keeping low rpm torque. I plan to go with the Boss2 in the very near future. It'll be a beast all around while still sounding almost like stock. Plenty of descriptions. Look at the website=======>.

Reverese split cams seem to be building the best midrange power
