VAC guage hookup
thanks,
jeremy

i don't suggest going with your original plan only because the brake booster line is one place you DON'T want to initiate a vacuum leak. a lot of people do source things off here but there are better options. also, it's gonna be tough to get the tiny little nylon vacuum tubing to T into the relatively huge booster line. I went through this same problem fumbling through boxes of fittings when trying to hook mine up.
Grab a flashlight and have a look under the cowl in the area of the back of the intake. there are a couple small vacuum lines back there as well as a nipple on the intake that can be broken off and used as a source.
I'm afraid i can't be more specific because after 2 days of looking for a good source, i gave up and took my car over to a friend's shop who promptly stuck a set of cutters under the cowl, cut some small vacuum hose, connected the t-fitting and was finished in 5 minutes. It's very tough to see but I'm telling you the line is back there.
if anyone knows more about the particular line im talking about, please chime in and help this guy out.
Z2L8ter- stick with it, there IS a good source that you can use a nice small t-fitting on way in the back there.
