The way I made it you can just remove the 90 degree fitting from the TB housing and screw in a plug. It is 1/8-27 pipe thread. I did it that way for forced induction guys. The pictures of the TB off the car don't have the provision at all, but the production piece will have it.

yeah, nick's TB's are definitely top notch!

matt, those heads made 392 RWHP with a small cam(216/220 i think) and through an A4! damn good heads IMO...
