Nick Williams, who developed the best 90mm TB for C5's has developed one for F-Bodies. We needed test cars and have what we need. I took some pictures and you can see more at the link.

No exact pricing yet. It will be cheaper than the others currently for sale and they will be available through the vendors on this site. Few nice features are no core charge, uses stock size inlet so nitrous rings will work, throttle shaft has no loose movement to prevent the throttle blade from binding on the sides, and the shaft bearings are retained to keep them from backing out of the bearing bores. I will be testing over the next few days and hopefully start a production run next week.

When he sent the pictures for me to put up, he figured he would catch some tihs about the hands.
He's close to getting it ready. He wants it to be perfect.

NOT MY HANDS. I had a girl in the office take those for me. I knew someone would bring that up.

I have been working out a few little bugs in the machining process. I have one on a test car running great. I just want to try to make it a little better. I will be testing a new one tomorrow. If I am happy with the results I will start production. I don't want anyone having to mod their TB to make it function.

If any vendors are interested I can engrave their logo on the top.

Looks top quality
Please sell it with a TPS and nothing to rework before it operates
Maybe offer it powder coated and/or custom engraved tops at extra cost.
People are paying $600 for units that need work - I'm sure you will do well.
Good luck!

Yes, it is a billet TB. I just finished installing a new one with some changes on my test car. Everything works as it should now. These will be complete less the IAC stepper motor and the TPS sensor. Just remove those from the old TB you have and install on the new one. No cores to mess with.

I only sell through the vendors on this site. If you are interested, call your favorite one and ask for it. I will be getting in touch with them soon to let them know that it is available. If the vendor of your choice doesn't sell these, have them contact me through this site with a PM. I look to have them for sell in two weeks or less.

Maybe this will sound ignorant, but when you said stock size inlet for nitrous ring friendly operation, is that still a 90mm inlet? i'm tired so i may be reading this wrong, but i'm just tryin to figure it out. very interested in this tb when i go 90mm.

The inlet is around 100mm. About the same as a stock one. It tapers down to 90mm. The other 90mm TB's are about 7mm bigger on the inlet and require a new adapter.
