Egr/Air If i get kooks race headers (headers w/o EGR and AIR provisions) and put in o2 sims/extentions and get an Ls6 intake manifold with the AIR and EGR blocked off, will i throw a code?

Yes you will get a code from not having the EGR plugged in and you'll need to unplug the AIR pump otherwise it will blow hot air into the engine bay. These codes can be easily tuned out as well as the back o2 sensors all at once.
